Saturday, March 27th, at 4 PM, please join participants in the Panhandle Run For Life, as they pray in front of the AMS of Pensacola abortion facility.  After this prayer vigil, there will be a benefit concert and baby shower to benefit the local pregnancy resource centers.

LOCATION: KC COUNCIL 778                                                                                                                                                                               519 PALOFOX ST. PENSACOLA

Monday, March 8 marks the midway point in our Spring 40 Days for Life Campaign.  To honor the Divine Mercy to whom we dedicate this Spring 40 Days for Life Pensacola, we will hold a candle-light vigil at 6pm in front of  the AMS of Pensacola abortion facility.

Also, Monday,  March 8 will begin our DIVINE MERCY NOVENA  “for mothers, that they not abort their offspring; for infants in danger of being put to death in the womb; for a change of heart of providers of abortions and of their collaborators; for human victims of stem cell research, genetic manipulation, cloning, and euthanasia; and for all entrusted with the government of peoples, that they may promote the “Culture of Life” so as to put an end to the “culture of death.” (Pope John Paul II)

Papal Blessing for the Eucharistic Apostles of The Divine Mercy

From Pope John Paul II on March, 2003

Calling to Remembrance the participation in Our Lord’s Agony in Gethsemani of Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska of The Most Blessed Sacrament, who at least thrice in her lifetime willingly accepted the violent pains that convulsed her for three hours and at times caused her to lose conciousness, as allowed by Jesus in order to offer reparation to God for infants murdered in their mothers’ wombs (Diary, §1276).

To All Members of The Eucharistic Apostles of The Divine Mercy—A Lay Ministry Outreach of the Congregation of Marians of The Immaculate Conception of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary—and To All The Faithful Worldwide, who join them in offering The Divine Mercy Chaplet—revealed to St. M. Faustina for averting divine chastisement—for mothers, that they not abort their offspring; for infants in danger of being put to death in the womb; for a change of heart of providers of abortions and of their collaborators; for human victims of stem cell research, genetic manipulation, cloning, and euthanasia; and for all entrusted with the government of peoples, that they may promote the “Culture of Life” so as to put an end to the “culture of death.”

I impart, as a token of a Superabundance of Divine Graces, My Heartfelt Apostolic Blessing.

Signed: John Paul II

Indeed, the link between this devotion and abortion is established by St. Faustina herself and recorded in her “Diary.” Fr. Seraphim Michalenko, MIC, who was a principal translator of St. Faustina’s diary, and the postulator of her cause of canonization, writes the following:

“On at least three occasions, from 8:00-11:00 in the evening, she felt like her insides were being torn apart. She suffered so much that she thought she was going to die. The doctors couldn’t figure out what was ailing her, and no medication was able to alleviate her sufferings. Later, she was given to understand that she was undergoing those pains for mothers who were aborting their children (Diary, 1276).

“On another occasion, she had a vision of an angel coming with thunderbolts to destroy one of the most beautiful cities of her country. And she felt powerless to do anything about it (Diary, 474). What antidote did the Lord give her? The Chaplet of Divine Mercy. [She explained] that the city was to be chastised for its sins, primarily the sin of abortion.” (“Wombs of Mercy,” Marian Helpers Bulletin, Summer 1995, p.13).

(Fr. Frank Pavone)

Sharon Echols, co-coordinator of Silent No More Awareness of Missouri and Kansas, will share her testimony about healing after abortion at St Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Milton.  She will give her testimony after the prayer after communion, as the first announcement, at all Masses this weekend (Saturday and Sunday, March 6th and 7th).

Weekend Mass times:  Saturday 5:15 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 5:15 PM

St Rose of Lima is located at 6451 Park Avenue in Milton.

Next Monday, February 22 at 6:00 PM at St Ann Catholic Church in Gulf Breeze there will be an amazing pro-life event you will not want to miss!  Come and join us for XLT (Exalt) a praise and worship event for LIFE.  The reflection will be given by Ernie and Mary Beth, Lay Missionaries of the Gospel of Life and Coordinators of the local 40 Days for Life Campaign.  There will be Eucharistic Adoration and live music by “Out of Darkness”.

Join us for a city-wide prayer vigil in front of AMS of Pensacola this Saturday (2/20), at 12 noon, as we pray to end abortion in Pensacola.  We hope you will be able to join us this Saturday.

Prayer for the Closing of the Abortion Mill

By: Fr. Frank Pavone, Priests for Life

Father, all life is in Your care.
You have entrusted us to one another,
that we may show our brothers and sisters
the same love You have for us.
We pray, then, for the least among us,
the children in the womb.
Protect them from the violence of abortion.
We pray for those that are scheduled to die at
AMS of Pensacola abortion facility.
Save them from death.
Give new hope to their parents,
that they may turn away from the
desperate act of abortion.
Grant conversion to the abortionist and to the staff.
Show us how we are to respond to the
bloodshed in our midst,
And lead us to the day when this place of death
Will be transformed into a haven of life.
Guard us with your joy and your peace,
For in You, life is victorious.
We pray in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

As 40 Days for Life begins today in Pensacola and around the world, we are excited to find out what miracles God has in store for us!  We hope and pray each and everyone of you will be part of God’s miracles, as we join in peaceful, prayer vigils in front of AMS of Pensacola.  Below I am adding the peaceful vigil agreement for all to review again.  This is very important to read.  If any one of these agreements are broken, then you are no longer part of 40 Days for Life.  That is why it is so important to go there and pray only.  Let the Holy Spirit do the work.  Prayer and fasting (if health permits), and peaceful prayerful vigils are the staples of 40 Days for Life.  That is what makes 40 Days for Life so successful.  We are not relying on ourselves to change hearts and minds.  We are asking God, and God alone, to change hearts and minds.  We go there in faith, that His love and mercy will change hearts and minds.  Pensacola has been so blessed to see the Community Health Care Center of Pensacola close last fall.  We believe that after this Lenten 40 Days for Life campaign and the Novena of Masses for the closure of AMS of Pensacola, Pensacola will be an abortion free city.  Let us pray together in front of the desert in our town and journey with Christ as he changes hearts and minds through our prayer and fasting.  Let us bring the mercy of Christ to the darkest place in our town.  Let us pray!

  1. I will only pursue peaceful solutions to the violence of abortion when volunteering with the 40 Days for Life campaign.
  2. I will show compassion and reflect Christ’s love to all abortion facility employees, volunteers, and customers.
  3. I understand that acting in a violent or harmful manner immediately and completely disassociates me from the 40 Days for Life campaign.
  4. I am in no way associated with the abortion facility/Planned Parenthood or its affiliates by way of employment, informant, volunteer, client, or otherwise.
  5. While standing in the city right of way in front of the abortion facility:
    1. I will not obstruct the driveways or sidewalk while standing in the public right of way.
    2. I will not litter on the public right of way.
    3. I will closely attend to any children I bring to the prayer vigil.
    4. I will not threaten, physically contact, or verbally abuse the abortion facility/Planned Parenthood employees, volunteers, or customers.
    5. I will not vandalize private property.
    6. I will cooperate with local city authorities.
